Ross founded the company right here in Wellington 12 years ago after recognizing a critical gap in the market for quality, locally-appropriate double-glazed windows. He built the firm from the ground up, starting on the tools and personally managing every aspect from the first sale through to installation and service across the capital. After 12 years, Ross remains Wellington-based and oversees a team of over 12 installers and 7 salespeople, ensuring the original dedication to quality and high-wind-zone expertise guides every project across the region.
